A piece of work created for his Masters Degree in Composition, this represents a re-scoring of a well known trailer for the 2017 Moview: Blade Runner 2049.  It attempts to convey the hostile and dystopian subjectof the Movie in an identifiable, yet strangely appealing way.

Taking an existing sequence from the 2015 blockbuster movie: "Star Wars: The Force Awakens”, Tim tackles a particulary sensitive moment of review and reflection over the Star Wars franchise and demonstrates that sometimes a quieter subtle work, can be a very good accompaniment.

Sprite Fright, the 2021 Open Movie produced by Blender Foundation called for composers to submit musical compositions and renderings of those compositions, in a competition.  This clip shows Tims very own competition entry.

Tim's Alternative-Scoring of a trailer for the 2022 Movie ‘The Batman’ directed by Matt Reeves

This work represents a musical exploration of the sinister backdrop of the City and charaters of the Batman franchise.  Here, Tim tries to convey the strength of the evil that the Batman figure  is driven to defend the city against.

In this work, Tim re-scores an opening sequence of the very impressive BBC documentary “The Blue Planet”.  Using pleasing, brass instruments he merges film with music, in a very direct and absorbing way.
